  • Lucas W. Denberg

    Principal

    Lucas Denberg is a native of Colorado and graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2007 with a B.S. Degree in Accounting with a minor in Computer Information Systems. Prior to joining Corne Jantz & Associates, he worked in private and public accounting primarily in income tax and business valuation.

    He specializes in income tax planning and preparation for individuals, small to medium sized business, estates and trusts.

    He is a member of the AICPA and Colorado Society of CPAs (#CPA27239).

  • Michael R. Fast

    Principal

    Michael Fast is a native of Colorado, growing up in the Denver suburb of Littleton. After graduating with a B.A. in accounting from MidAmerica Nazarene University, he began his career with a CPA firm in Kansas City.

    Michael joined Corne Jantz & Associates in 2016 and specializes in tax preparation, tax planning and small business accounting.

    He is a member of the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs (#CPA34238).

  • Tina Honstein

    Principal

    Tina Honstein is a native of Colorado and graduated with a degree in Accounting. Tina originally joined Corne Jantz & Associates directly out of college and spent time with the firm before moving on to another practice in the Denver area.

    She worked for a small firm specializing in individual, small business and trust returns for 12 years before purchasing the practice from the retiring partner. After working as a sole practitioner for 2 years, she rejoined Corne Jantz & Associates as a Principal and merged her practice with their existing client base.

    She is a member of the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs. (#CPA30210)
